The terms that will govern use of Matter products and services.
This is a clearly-marked draft placeholder.
It is not a finished legal document and must be reviewed and approved before broad public sales. It exists only so that the purchasing flow has a policy page to reference.
1. Overview
These terms will describe the agreement between Matter Services and the customer for the purchase and use of Matter products. This draft is not yet legally reviewed.
2. Accounts
A Matter account is created through Discord sign-in. Customers are responsible for the security of the Discord account they authenticate with.
3. Products & Licenses
Products are delivered as licenses and, where applicable, downloadable releases. License scope and permitted use will be defined here.
